I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which boasts a spacious room that combines modern functionality with a touch of traditional Chinese flair. The location is fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, although the staff could be a bit more welcoming. The dining options were purely Chinese, and while they were decent, I would've preferred a bit more variety. Overall, it offers good value for money, but there's room for improvement in service and dining.

My room was large, bright, and very comfortable. It had a well-equipped kitchenette, a cozy dining area, and ample wardrobe space, making it feel like a true home away from home.

Unfortunately, the service wasn't very friendly, and communication was often a challenge since most staff spoke little English. They relied heavily on translation tools, which made interactions feel less personal.

The hotel offers a great location, making it convenient to explore the vibrant neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and stylish, although I did encounter a window issue that left the space a bit warm. The dining options were basic and didn't quite meet my expectations. The service was a mixed bag; while the staff were friendly, communication was a challenge due to language barriers and some slow responses. Overall, it’s decent value for money considering the location, but it has its flaws.

This hotel has a lot going for it with its spacious and clean rooms and a fantastic location close to shops and restaurants. However, the service left something to be desired due to language barriers, and the air conditioning issues in the room were bothersome. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you’re looking for comfort and convenience without expecting top-notch service.

The hotel had a lot of positive aspects like a spacious room with a blend of modern and traditional decor, and the staff was very helpful. However, I was a bit let down by the dining options, which were quite basic compared to what I expected from a hotel in this area. Also, the location was nice but not as convenient as I hoped, especially being an inner courtyard away from the main action.

I had a mixed experience at New Harbour Serviced Apartments. While the location was excellent with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the convenience of booking was a plus, the smoking smell in the lobby and the dated appearance of the rooms were disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast was very basic, so don't expect much. Overall, it has some good aspects, but there are certainly areas that could use improvement.
